As the combined Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays in 2025 draw to a close, while many are traveling, visiting family, and enjoying reunion time, the hum of machinery remains constant in our factory, which specializes in manufacturing diamond blades. To ensure the on-time delivery of several urgent international export orders, we spent this holiday period working amidst sparks. We only took a single day off—October 6th, the day after the Mid-Autumn Festival—with all other days dedicated to working at our posts, using our sweat to honor the promise of “Made in China.”

Holiday Schedule: One Day to Recharge, Then Full Speed Ahead
This year’s holiday schedule was unique: Production lines operated at full capacity from October 1st to 5th. The entire factory took one day off on October 6th (the day after Mid-Autumn Festival) for employees to rest briefly. Production resumed immediately on October 7th. This arrangement stems from our strong commitment to customer responsibilities.
Saluting Our Dedicated Team: Every Blade is a Promise
From raw materials to cold pressing and sintering, subsequent processing, and dynamic balance testing, workers at every stage of the process are racing against time. On the assembly line, blade after blade moves steadily, as if saying, “The speed of Chinese manufacturing never slows down for holidays.”
This dedication isn’t just about fulfilling orders; it’s also for the livelihoods of the hundreds of families our factory supports, and for every step that takes “Intelligent Chinese Manufacturing” onto the global stage.
Q1: Why was there only one day off during the dual festivals this year?
A: Due to recently receiving several urgent international export orders with tight deadlines, the factory adjusted the holiday schedule to concentrate resources and prioritize this production, ensuring timely delivery.
Q2: What percentage of annual production capacity do these export orders represent? Will they affect supply for domestic customers?
A: Currently, export orders account for approximately 40% of our production capacity. Domestic orders are being processed simultaneously. By optimizing our workflows and increasing equipment throughput, we have successfully achieved a balanced supply for both domestic and international demands.
